This 'first' Thursday of each month, is a meeting potentially of all-Rod & Gun Club members. Certain issues may be given provisional approval by the Club's Board of Directors. These same "motions" must be voted on by all those attending these meetings.

These same "motions", as per the club Bylaws, usually must be voted on by all those attending these meetings. Second Readings & voting take place sometimes also.
