We're having another meeting on Friday, September 25th, 5 PM at the Club. We need 18-24 more volunteers as we are aiming for a 1:1 ratio of 'attendees' and members. We need more people so we can keep things moving on The Day.

About the Event
The Club's Women's Range Day scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 8:30am to noon, has had an overwhelming amount of interest from the community. With virtually no advertising we quickly filled the 33 spots available for the event. Thank you to the members who have contacted me offering assistance. To that end we will have a 2nd coordination meeting at the Club on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5 PM for anyone who would like to help.
We would like to have 18-24 more able volunteers to staff this event at 1:1 [attendees : members]
